Where will the event held?
The Spur at Northwoods Golf Club

7:30 AM - 8:30 AM - Registration/check-in/practice
8:45 AM - Rules Meeting
9:00 AM - Tee Time with a shotgun start
How much does it cost to play?
Player fees are $60 per person ($240 per team) - this includes green fees, golf cart, range balls, and lunch!
How can I register?
There are 3 ways to sign up to play and easy options for you to pay (PayPal, check/money order, cash).
- Register and pay online using PayPal (preferred method - Go Green!)
- Register here online and mail in payment (either check or money order - payable to SCPHA)
- Print the Registration Form and mail it in with payment (either check or money order - payable to SCPHA)
How can I become a sponsor?
We would love for you to become an event sponsor and advertise your business. Here's our Sponsorship Letter. Print it out and mail it in to sponsor a hole!
Help us spread the word!
Even if you don't play, you can support SCPHA by inviting friends (or foes!) and family to a day of fun and prizes, including a Ca$h prize for the hole-in-one contest!

4-person teams preferred, but individuals accepted as space permits
What prizes will be awarded?
- $20,000 cash prize Hole-in-one contest (professional golfers not eligible)
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
- Longest Drive (men and Women) - $50 each
- Closest to the the pin - $50
- Door prize drawings
What if I need to cancel?
There will be no refunds for cancellations. However, registration is transferable to another attendee or guest. Cancellations/substitutions must be received in writing (via email or fax) on or before September 24, 2021.
What if the weather's bad?
In case of inclement weather on the scheduled date, SCPHA will postpone and re-schedule. If inclement weather occurs again on the re-scheduled date, SCPHA will refund the entry fee unless play has started. Checks are subject to electronic conversion and automated recovery.
Is there a Waiver of Liability?
Yes. In consideration of your entry, you, your heirs, executors, and administrators waive all claims, release from all liability, and agree to hold harmless, SCPHA, its agents, members, and sponsors of this event for any and all injuries and damages suffered by you in connection with this event. You understand that this tournament entails personal risk, including serious bodily injury and even death, and you voluntarily assume that risk. You recognize the physical exertion involved in the event and attest and certify that you are physically fit to compete safely, and you have not been advised otherwise by a health care professional.
